Please fill in and submit a separate form for each group.

Groups will be registered according to the date when the application is received. Please send in your registration forms early. We will attempt to schedule your group according to the preference requested, but we cannot guarantee everyone will receive the time they request.

Please note that your registration will not be considered complete until all group registration fees are paid in full.

Please select your 1st and 2nd choice preference for performance times. If you are not planning on attending the guest artist concerts, please plan to go on Friday/Saturday morning. This will help with bus and meal plans for those groups attending the guest artist concerts on Friday or Saturday night.

   Group Set-Up Information:  

Due to tight schedules and logistics, all groups must use the standard stage set-up. The rhythm section is pre-set and cannot be moved. Pianos, drum sets, and vibraphones are provided. Guitar amps, bass amps, and keyboard amps are also provided. We do not provide electric keyboards or synthesizers.
